Bacchanal is located inside the Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. It's a very spacious and elegant place. Very odd to say this about a buffet but Bacchanal differentiates itself by being a premium priced affair.
That premium is reflected in many ways. The wait, the space, and the food; thankfully. At the time of writing this the price for Bacchanal Buffet was $100 per person. That may change depending on when you visit. As my bottom line stated, its worth every penny.
So the photos in this article are the result of the 2nd attempt which was successful. This place is in a very popular Caesars Palace Hotel & Casino and the Bacchanal itself is very popular.
The first attempt resulted in us being turned away because they had so many walk ups.
So my wife decided to make reservations for the next day which we thought would result in minimal wait time. It did not. We waited for over an hour but again, it was worth it and much better than being turned away or waiting much longer. Especially after a long day out in the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam. We were ready to eat really well.
Read my article below about our Las Vegas trip.
So be warned, make reservations, wear comfortable sneakers, and be prepared to wait and eat well.
They put plenty of that price into the food. They have an assortment of options. American, seafood, sushi, mediterranean, dim sum and more.
As most know, seafood is expensive and having it at a buffet could be costly for your average buffet. However, they spared no expense and offers a full seafood cold bar that is of the highest quality.
All the other menu items were of high quality also. I had a delicious prime rib, sushi, and Mexican food. None of felt cheap and if it was made to order from a menu and brought over to you from a server. They obviously do a great job with this level of detail and it shows through on each bite.
Buffets are definitely a thing in this town. There are so many but we only tried Bacchanal on this trip.
If you search Google for "best all you can eat buffet in las vegas" you will get plenty of results and Bacchanal will surely be on every list you search. It is a premium priced one so depending on what you value it may or may not be for you but its damn good.
